Welcome to the Embodied Therapy Collective

To us, embodiment is the ancient, radical practice of integrating your mind, body, spirit, and story to form deeper connections with yourself, your community, and the world. Our collective of embodied practitioners exists to co-create rest, reflection, and your return to self. We know that healing happens in community, and we are here to support your healing and wholeness through a liberated, embodied lens. We believe embodiment is a practice as well as a hope for the future – a goal on which to set our sights for ourselves and our communities as we move toward collective liberation.

An Embodied Self

We trust you as the expert of your own experience. The ETC team works with you from a collaborative, culturally-informed, and strengths-based perspective. We use an integrated treatment approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences. We provide meaningful support that works for you, honors your bandwidth, and considers your capacity.

An Embodied Community

We are co-creating an embodied community with you. Many of our present struggles reflect systemic shortcomings disproportionately impacting marginalized communities. Embodiment is integral to the long-term work of liberation, and we hope to provide a place to rest as well as resist as we work together towards a more equitable future.

An Embodied Collective

ETC is a group of practitioners who share the lived experiences of our clients and strive to embody the values of liberation, equity, and empowerment. We work most frequently with individuals at the intersections of neurodivergence, gender diversity, disability, and queerness. However, we also work with clients who do not identify as such but share the values of embodiment, liberation, and justice and desire a deeper, more authentic connection with themselves and the world around them.
